WHO IS LA?
Born in Brussels, Belgium, Laura Pinon-Courtoy known as LA Laura Paris (LA) is born to a French mother and a Belgian father. She began her education at BEPS (Brussels English Primary School). Her native languages are French and English.

LA is a multi talented artist: Pop Electro singer-songwriter, composer, musician, awarded director and one of the rare female producers.
Her musical journey began early, starting with the violin at the age of 5. By 7, she had discovered the piano and enrolled in the Music Academy, where she immersed herself in classical piano, music theory, and singing until she turned 17. Deciding to pursue her own path in pop music, she left the Academy to focus on her musical aspirations.
From a young age, she began creating pop acoustic songs and experimenting with electronic music.
At 14, she composed and wrote her first acoustic pop songs, drawing inspiration from her life experiences and her own discovery of the world. Her professional recording journey began at 18 when she delved into studio work and familiarized herself with software such as Cubase, Logic, and Ableton.
Living in Paris, LA refined her skills by collaborating with renowned electronic French Touch producers like Guillaume Atlan (The Supermen Lovers). Her passion for electronic music led her to FG Radio, a French electronic music radio station, where she learned the art of DJing and connected with international DJs. In 2019, FG Radio supported her first concert in Paris, followed by her debut live perfomance in New York.
Her single "I'm Leaving Right Away," released in April 2020, exposes the negative aspects of drug use at parties and advocates fun without substances.
Her debut music video for "I'm Leaving Right Away" received four nominations and won the award for Best Accessories at the La Jolla International Fashion Film Festival in San Diego, California. Directed by LA herself, the video features a captivating electro beat and vibrant, glittery imagery.
LA moved to Hollywood, where she released her single "Kissing Boys" along with its music video, co-produced and directed with Marco Bollinger. Filmed between Los Angeles, Burning Man, and Paris from 2021 to 2022, the music video carries a powerful message of love and was nominated for Best Music at the La Jolla International Fashion Film Festival.
In 2022, LA furthered her musical education at the Musicians Institute and collaborated with pop-rock musicians, leading to the release of her first bilingual songs. Today, LA Laura Paris continues to produce an eclectic mix of pop electro, pop rock, and ballads, sharing her life experiences through her music.
Her latest single, "GAME OVER," debuted in 2024, marking another milestone in her evolving musical journey.

PERFORMER, DANCER & CHOREOGRAPHER
LA began dancing as soon as she could stand on her feet. Since the age of 2, she knew how to attract people’s attention and quickly developed a passion for performing, dancing, and singing in front of audiences. Her formal dance education commenced at the age of 4, covering classical ballet, jazz dance, and tap dance, with participation in numerous dance shows. From childhood, LA nurtured a love for choreography, often creating routines for herself and her friends to showcase in annual school performances. She explored musicals and attended acting classes, refining her skills on stage. At the age of 15, she started giving small concerts with musicians, playing piano and singing during events.
Between 2013 and 2016, LA immersed herself in Bollywood dance to refine her acting and hand movement style, aspiring to blend the grace of Bollywood with American Sign Language (ASL). She pursued ASL education to integrate it into her choreography, aiming to convey the messages of her songs to the deaf community through dance. Through dedicated practice and hard work, she crafted her own unique dance style.

From childhood, with the artistic influence of her architect and artist father, LA has developed impressive skills as a painter and designer. She has exhibited remarkable artistic technique, creativity, and a profound passion for art.
At the age of 15, LA enrolled at St. Luc Art School in Brussels, completing a three-year program in Visual Arts. During this time, she developed her skills in painting techniques, photography, and design.
Launching her own brand, LA promotes herself by sticking her LA stickers wherever she goes, gaining recognition in the Stickart and Street Art movement. She began inspiring people to dance by spreading her sentence “Just Dance Mother F💖💖💖💖💖” in the streets of Paris, Los Angeles and Ibiza.
From a young age, under the influence of her mother, a former international top model, LA developed a deep passion for fashion. Living in Paris, she has collaborated with numerous fashion designers and photographers, participating in photo shoots and fashion week runways across Paris, London, New York, and beyond since 2014.
As a fashion influencer, LA has curated her own distinct style, characterized as “glittery, creative, eccentric, wild, crazy, street, refined, chic, sexy, glamorous, in a very Parisian way.” In 2021, she embarked on the launch of her clothing brand.
